When our clients need help with a resource, our staff-augmentation search process starts much the way our solutions team building process does - do we know a resource who's work we have had exposure to and who could effectively fill the role?  If necessary, the search is expanded (via the standard job sites) to weed through the candidates and come up with a "resume-qualified" candidate list.  This is where DCM's process departs from many of our competitors as we thoroughly vet our candidates from a technical and business perspective - assuring only candidates with the highest business and technical acumen are submitted for your consideration.
