  • Defined & implemented EA, Cloud and SOA Roadmaps for a major Shipping Portal - tasked with providing a vendor neutral assessment of the current IT landscape and providing an evaluation of their LRP and ERP system(s).  Delivered recommendations, roadmap and solutions blueprint which yielded:
    o    Measurable ROI within 2 years of launch, increased business and business IT alignment, application development costs reduced ~18%, redundant systems retired, application support response time reduced >50%
    o    The service enablement of their core product suite
    o    DCM retained as the architects for implementation - providing solutioning and guidance across the enterprise.
    o    DCM retained to facilitate development of off-shore development and service delivery models.

  • Defined & implemented two enterprise-wide ERP Implementation plans for two of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. Resulting in:
    o    An overall increase in IT & Business ROI, decreased TCO, empirical increase in service reuse & orchestration and  significantly higher “C” level satisfaction rating in Business/IT alignment.
    o    DCM providing implementation oversite of the consolidation of the IT systems into a single enterprise footprint.  Increasing alignment, decreasing infrastructure costs by >30% and establishing a Governance model across all domains.

  • SOA Maturity Assessment, Data Supply Chain and ESB evaluation effort for a Major Data Services firm -  delivered a vendor neutral assessment of the current SOA landscape, defining the data services layer and providing an point-of-arrival assessment of their ESB vendor selection(s).

  • SOA Adoption/Roadmap Creation - Pilot implementation to enterprise migration for a Major Brokerage house – resulting in Improved Time to market, lower TCO and higher total customer satisfaction rating.

  •  Enterprise-wide SOA definition and implementation for a Major Retailer - resulting in an average 25% decrease in TTM /SDLC, retirement of numerous legacy applications and a significant increase in IT/business alignment.
